Property Contract Service Options
“Patrol Lot”
- Property Management contracts SHARKS EQUITY RECOVERY to randomly patrol and tow away any unauthorized and/or unattended vehicle(s) in all specified delegated areas of property.
- Days/Hours of patrol services are dictated contractually by Property Management
“Call Lot”
- Owner, Agent, and/or Property Manager has explicit authorization to call at any time to our 24 hour dispatch to have any vehicle removed from premises.
- Property Management contracted Security Guards are authorized to call at any time to our 24 hour dispatch to have any vehicle removed from premises.
We are also able to perform a combination of “Patrols” and “Call-Ins” for your property.
